Lately I’ve been working with the Rerum Demoni project, which was a little stopped. The truth is that I’m still handling the whole issue of the puzzles of the game, where lies much of the fun of a classic adventure game.

For now all work is pen and paper, and turning upsidedown ideas. Luckily I have the advantage of having the general history quite clear, thanks to the short film who’s based on the game (spoiler alert only for spanish and catalan connaisseurs: Watch de short).

I decided not to do only a “remake” of the short. In fact I sliced the game in these two episodes that would be (tentative titles):

1. Rerum Demoni: The quest for the book
2. Rerum Demoni: Meeting with the Monster

The first episode will focus on finding the Rerum Demoni and decipher their mysteries, which leads to the second part, research and capture of  the misterious monster.

On animinimal we are working on the game Rerum Demoni. The adventure game uses Lassie AS as creation engine.
